A new year is right around the corner. Time to toss out everything you don't like about yourself and become a whole new person overnight, perfectly and without any support, right?! Yeah... how'd that work out last year? And the year before? And the one before that?
Here's a thought: we're all pretty great already. So instead of trying to reinvent ourselves from scratch, we'll start by assessing our existing strengths, and determining what changes we really want and need and are ready to make in our lives. Each week we will engage in 30 minutes of mindful movement, and then use coaching exercises and techniques to help us move toward creating incremental, SUSTAINABLE change to become even better than we already are.
