Join Meghan Johnson for this six-week series to explore a gentle yet challenging medium-paced flow yoga practice, and dive into the work of Adrienne Maree Brown through her book Emergent Strategy.

The series will meet on six Sunday afternoons, November 11 through December 16, from 2pm to 4pm.  Drop-ins are welcome!

A new year is here! Time to toss out everything you don't like about yourself and become a whole new person, right?! Yeah... how'd that work out last year? And the year before? And the one before that?

Uh huh.

Here's a thought: we're all pretty great already. So instead of trying to reinvent ourselves from scratch, we'll start by assessing our existing strengths, and determining what changes we really want and need to make in our lives. Each week we will engage in 30 minutes of mindful movement, and then use coaching exercises and techniques to help us move toward creating incremental, SUSTAINABLE change in our lives.

Wednesdays from 6-7:30pm, January 9 through February 13
